We aim to process and package your orders at our warehouse within 2 working days, so in the event that your order has been shipped out, you will need to make your own arrangements to send the product back to our warehouse in order for us to process your cancellation.

Due to health and hygienic reasons, we can only accept returned packages provided that they have not been opened. Upon receiving the returned package, we will refund your payment (exclusive of shipping fees) within 7 working days.

Therefore, we are actively working on expanding our warehousing locations to more countries in the future. This expansion will enable us to provide the fastest possible delivery to you regardless of geographical location.

Shipping is estimated to take 2-5 working days for customers based in USA, Singapore and Hong Kong. For the rest of the world, we ask for your patience to expect a shipping time of 5-14 working days.

Shipping is free for all orders above S$100 to Singapore, USA and Hong Kong. In the event that your order does not exceed $100, the shipping fee will be shown on the checkout page.
